Kungsholmens Kontorshotell was established on 1 October 2007 in the middle of the Lindhagen area of Stockholm, which is currently being rejuvenated with the creation of approximately 3,500 new apartments and around 350,000m2 of new office space.

This fantastic development process means that the whole district will be revitalised with green areas, beach walkways, tree-lined boulevards and both modern and exclusive buildings.

The number of occupants and workers in the area will double once the rebuilding is complete. So the charming atmosphere of Kungsholmen will be further enhanced with more restaurants, cafés, services and shops.
